Not to be Confused with Concealer

Phrases Chosen: highlighter not concealer
I bought this product to help cover & brighten under eye circles. I am a light complected person, and the Shade 2 was still too light. It looks like a semi-shiny white frost under and around my eyes. It does nothing to conceal the dark circles and still looks like a shiny white frost over the top of other concealers. Maybe it's a great product if you are just looking to highlight your browbones or cheekbones. But don't use it near an undereye circle or any other flaw.

is the coverage better than the well rested? whats the difference between the two?
i want the coverage of well rested or better but i do like a fresh, luminous, dewey look
This is a cream fomula, well-rested is a powder. I found that well-rested sat in the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes more than this product did. However, neither actually COVERED my dark circles or lines.
