I was so excited for this product. I love their loose eye shadows and their mineral veils. However, this product is not worth the money. The packaging is horrible. The compact feels very cheap. It is kind of a pain to open it. I bought this compact specifically for my purse so that I can keep it in there for touch ups. The lip glosses are okay, just okay nothing amazing about them. The blush is super transparent. The only eye shadow that shows out of the four, is the black. The only good thing about this compact is the brush that comes with it. I am very disappointed with this product. I would love to return it but the cost of returning it is almost as much as the product its self. So I will be giving this away to my teenage cousin.

Is this a good palette for eyeshadow beginners?
I am new to the eyeshadow world and I'm not super great yet at blending or putting looks together. Is this a good palette to start out with - and how goof proof is it?
I would start with something a little different. The black in this is very dramatic and the other colours do not show up so well. For a beginner I would start with an all brown pallet, no black. If you mess up with black you have to start your whole eye make up over again. I would try three of the small loose shadows until you get it down. The small shadows have a lot of shadow in them and their pigment is very true.
