I have alright skin. I don't usually get breakouts, so I was afraid to put a powder all over my face. This was a natural product that you're supposed to be able to sleep in..... well I gave it a shot and I loved it. I have oily skin too and I'm glad this doesn't clog my pores or cause breakout.

I wasn't impressed by this product. It's OK, but I don't feel like it really exfoliates or cleans my skin as well as my Aveeno scrub did. I also found it hard to get the correct consistency when using this product. Either you add too much water, or not enough. I'd rather something you can just throw on your face and wash off.

OK, so I'm sure you can relate to this:
Remember that really bad cold? The one where the skin around your nose is all red and raw from blowing your nose too much? I'm sure everyone can relate to that. I have tried many lotions on the skin around my nose when I've had colds and even my sensitive skin lotions would sting because of how raw my skin was! Not only does it go on raw dry skin without the stinging and burning, but it actually does its job! It really does hydrate and repair the raw/dry skin, but it also stays on! Even if you blow your nose a lot, you still have a very thin layer of this cream on your skin. I swear by this when I have a cold! It's the only thing I use to prevent my skin from getting raw. The lotion tissues are just not enough when you have a really bad cold!

OK, so I love the bareMinerals brushes, but this one..... I honestly can say I regret this purchase. This brush seems fine at first; that is until you clean it. It just fell apart! I haven't had this problem with any of my other brushes I have from bareMinerals. I was talked into it by the saleswoman and boy do I regret it! It's more expensive than the brush I was looking at, but the woman told me this one would be "better." It really stinks. It's not worth wasting your money. I typically love their brushes, but I wish I could give this one zero stars! What happened with this brush?! I'm very disappointed with the poor quality of this brush.

I love this kit! The only thing that I don't like about it is the price, so I waited until it went on sale. I hardly ever sleep, and that really does a number on your skin. Even though I'm exhausted, my skin looks refreshed and vibrant. I haven't even been using this kit for a week and I already notice the difference in texture, firmness, and moisture. My skin looks fresher and brighter. It looks like I have actually been sleeping! The elasticity has improved as well. I have some discoloration that seems slightly less noticeable, and the bags under my eyes are less prominent. It hasn't really done much for my dark circles, but the kit didn't say anything about being for dark circles. I have noticed the fine lines starting to decrease, and my face feels baby soft. I have combination skin with a REALLY, REALLY oily "t-zone" and I was able to use this kit with no problem. It works on my dry patches as well.

It makes your skin look so smooth! I used this around my eyes along with their eye cream, and wow! I have early sings of aging around my eyes. I have the puffy bags and dark circles and a touch of the smile lines around my mouth. I put this on and slept with it over night. I was a little worried it would make my me break out because of my oily skin, but to my surprise it didn't! The product is an oil consistency, but it sinks into your skin easily. I would recommend it, even for oily skin in a heart beat! It just plumps up the skin and smooths everything out. My wrinkles aren't too deep yet, so I'm not sure on how it works on very deep wrinkles, but for me it was perfect.

WOW! My lips are always awful. I'm always biting off the dead skin and they start to bleed in the Winter too. I gave it a 4 because I can't stand anything on my lips! This was the best lip gloss, my lips don't feel sticky with this one! Even the next day my lips were still better after having the gloss off over night. I wish they came in a minty scent too!

I have a few jars of the foundation I have never opened. They are about 2-3 years old. Is it still safe to use these, or do I need to buy new?
It is specifically the spf 15 foundation in fairly light.
I asked this same question when I went to the bareMineras store. The woman said they are so natural and they don't have any preservatives or oils, so they don't expire. It's just powder.

I see Lavandula on the ingredient list- is that Lavender?
I am very allergic to Lavender, but have used BE products for many years. I would like to try a sample of this before purchasing.
Yes I believe so. If you go to your local bareMinerals boutique, you can ask for a free sample and maybe try it on your hand first if your reaction to lavender isn't a severe one.
