I have saw the commercial and went to one of the boutiques around my area to see if I would ike the product. I fell instantly in love!! I have been using the foundation for over a month now and I have definitately see the difference on my skin. Such as dark spots dimishing and brightening glow. I have been purchasing Bare Minerals for about 8 years and have tried all of the different foundations the company has to offer, but WOW this one tops it. Only issue I have though I love the dewy effect it leaves on the skin after a while my skin get oily. I do have oily skin but seems to enhance it some how. Any way I have found a solution for now which is my mineral veil to take shine away. Hopefully we can get the same formula foundation but with a mattifing effect to take some shine away or keep shine away other than blotting and using mineral veil over and over again through out the day. Another thing I had issues with is that the foundations seems to rub off on clothes, I guess thats the cost for wearing liquid foundation, however with liquid foundation its inevitable.

I can not stress this porduct enough, I had went to a BE boutique about a week ago and was looking at this particular brightener and was curious and spoke to a salesclerk about it. She had told me that it would remove the appearance of puffy eyes and tiredness in the eye. I was a little unsure about it at fist, but when she applied it I saw the immediate difference on the eye area. After purchasing it I have experimented and saw that you can use it every where on your face if you are looking into contouring the shape of your face as well. Like I said love this Product, I am very glad that BE has expanded its line. Try it you won't regret it!!

Advanced Protection SPF 20 Moisturizer: Normal to Dry Skin - null
Advanced Protection SPF 20 Moisturizer: Normal to Dry Skin
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Display Name: Tiffany
Not what I thought this was!!
Pros: thick, greasy, more like sunblock
I have been a BE customer for 8 years and I love the tinted idea to the moisturizer, however there are a few pros and cons;
Pros: Extra sun protection Nice scent Gives great coverage when used with the foundation Tinted (Awesome)
Cons: Feels like liquid foundation Consistency like sunblock Leaves skin looking shiny Way too thick compared to other BE moisturizers Does not leave a refreshing feeling on skin
I have combination skin more towards the oily in the summer and went to an BE btq and the associate had suggested this product and said that it wont break out, and one thing i can say is that I have sensitive skin and this had made me break out like crazy after using it for two weeks, will not buy again. I feel like I have wasted my money. I thought this would be more like the bare vitamins or other refreshing moisturizers from BE.

I use medium beige what is my best match for the new serum? What color do they suggest will be a close match? When can i Purchase?
My skin is fair, but I have some rosacea medium beige works best . I want the new serum, but don't know what to pick.
I am medium beige as well in the original powder foundation, in the Ready foundation I am Golden medium, in the Matte foundation medium beige and in the BareSkin foundation I am 07 Bare natural. I would just go to a boutique and see what is your best color match. I have more of a neutral undertone and a bit olive undertone.
Which is better? Ready Foundation vs BareSkin Brightning Serum?
I'm curious for feedback from my fellow Bare Minerals loyal users. I began with Bare Minerals Original formula foundation but upon trying the Ready Foundation I fell in love with the Ready Foundation and use it loyally. I am curious about Bare Skin Brightening Serum but not sure if I will get the same results. So I'd like to know what other Bare Minerals users have found when comparing the two.
There is no better. It really depends what exactly Your looking for. With the Ready foundation it moisterizes and keeps skin moist for people with dry skin to combination and you can layer it to any finish you like from light to heavy. This also has more of a mattified look to it when applying. With the BareSkin Brightning serum foundation you can layer your foundation to whatever finish you prefer however this one seems to have an added plus like the brightening serum if you have dark spots like me you will like this foundation since you will not have to use an addtional brightening serum at night. This foundation will give you a dewy look upon application. All in all if your up to it go to your local boutique and try it out your self to see if you like. I love it!
