I have struggled forever with eyeliner smudging! This is the best product EVER!!! I have told all my friends and even wrote posts on facebook about it!! If you are considering this BUY IT!!!! It will last forever because it only takes a drop or two.=) I can't say enough about this stuff!!

can you use this product to line your inner rims?
can you use this product in your waterline, gel eyeliner is a pain to remove and pencils don't last..
I haven't been able to get it to work on the water line. That doesn't mean it won't, I just need to play with it a little more.

Does this replace the eyelid primer? Do I apply the eyelid primer first and then the WELS?
Want to know which product to use first. Thanks.
I still use the primer first and then the WELS! I love this stuff. It is amazing!!

Does it prevent flaking?
I use BE liner shadows already, wet, but noticed that my cheeks will get speckled with liner that has flaked off. Which then I try to wipe off and all that does is smear lines all over my face. Does this sealer prevent that?
YES!!! This stuff looks the same at bedtime as it did when I first put it on! It has never flaked at all!! Love it!!
