Pros: great product but bad bottle
This is a GREAT product - however, the pump bottle is terrible. The product separates, so it has to be shaken, which is fine. However, what remains in the little pump tube is the 'oily'-feeling clear liquid - none of the 'filler' product that smooths your skin and helps the powder to cling to your skin. If you continue to dispense like this, pretty soon you're going to end up with only the thick stuff in the bottom, which then of course clogs the tiny tube. My fix is this: when I receive it, shake it well, then I dispense it into 2 of the 'club-size' tubes. I have a tiny spatula-type tool that came with a little travel kit that I use to scrape out all the product. This does the trick, but it is a nuisance.

Flawless Definition Curl & Lengthen Mascara

Pros: poorly designed brush
I don't care much for this mascara.
1. The brush is poorly designed - there is a 1/8" space at the tip with no bristles at all, and when the bristles do start, the first 3-4 rows are so short that once the mascara is loaded onto the wand, the bristles are covered over. This makes it extremely hard to get into the inner corners of my eyes to apply product to the very fine lashes there without getting smears of mascara on the lids.
2. By the end of the day, my eyes frequently get a mild burning sensation, esp. if my eyes water for whatever reason, causing the product to soften/run slightly. My eyes don't burn with other brands that I use. I find that very odd.
I do not use an eyelash curler, but when I do press the wand onto the tips of my lashes to curve them slightly, they do seem to stay.
I have the brown, and it is a nice soft color - dark without being harsh like black can sometimes look.

Pros: soft but eats up the foundation powder
While this brush has the wonderfully soft, full feel of the other brushes, I found that it really eats up the foundation powder: I 'go through' a good 1/3 more powder when using this brush vs the Flawless Application brush. I would not recommend it to a friend.

Will this Mascara wash off with just regular cleanser, or do you have to use something special?
I just want to know if it takes a regular cleanser to remove the Mascara?
I clean mine with the gentle cleanser from this site and even with just water and a soft washcloth when I don't want to wash all my makeup off, but need to rinse my eyes. I have had no problems.

Does it come in brown? If not, why not?
I have brown hair and eyes and I prefer brown mascara.
May 2013 is when my brown mascara arrived, and when I looked just now, it was still available.
