I love all of the mascaras, but this one is my favorite. It creates a more natural lash base without making them look overdone. It coats the lashes nicely, is virtually flake free, and lasts all day. It also washes off with a gentle cleanser. I also have to say that Espresso is a very under-rated color. Black is great for an evening look, or giving the eyes a dramatic pop, but brown is more natural and less obvious. In the daytime, my lashes look more naturally thick and it matches my eye color. This is also a nice, rich shade of brown. Try it!

I was looking for a color to match the Pretty Amazing-Bravado, and this is it. I love this color. It's a nice garnet red that doesn't make your teeth look yellow when you have it on. It goes on really smooth and you don't lose a lot of it when you blot. I have very sensitive lips that tend to chap in the winter months. Lip balms either taste medicated or go on waxy. Though this is not a lip balm, it's very calming and protects my lips from the effects of the high wind. This is definitely worth a try if you like red!

First off, I gave this 4 hearts because of the price. I'm not saying it doesn't deserve it, but for the cost I think you should get a little more. Now, I have no clue why this doesn't make my skin break out. It feels a little tacky going on, so I expected to break out after a few days of use. Not one bit!!! I started using this at the tail-end of our brutally hot summer, with other BE skin care products. I'd put it on before bed. It didn't feel heavy, but it didn't absorb completely into my skin. When I woke up in the morning, my face looked fresh, dewy and rested. I was surprised. I continued using it until I was almost out, then I stopped because I thought I could skimp and do without. In that time, I had some breakouts that left dark spots and a little scarring. Majorly bummed. Two months later, I realized I had some serum left and got 4 more uses. I'm surprised...not only does my face look fresh and hydrated (now freezing winter), but the dark spots look like their fading a bit! No joke! I went to my local boutique and bought another bottle. To make it last, I use it every other night. That seems to work well. Oh, still no breaking out :-)

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet...I use this as instead of blush. Personally, I think it has a more natural color, and it does look like your skin has a natural rosy glow. It looks very light pink, but that's deceiving because it looks like it would go on very pale. But it doesn't, it will work with your natural skin tone to give it a subtle boost. There is no sparkle in this product, so you really do look like you're "lit from within". I also mix this with the warmth to make a very natural eye shadow, when I don't want to look made-up. I use this every day!

My new favorite mineral veil and brush

I LOVE this brush (and I have many)! This is the softest brush in the collection, and the compact case is perfect for purses. I load the brush with any color or veil and toss it in my purse. That and a lipstick, and I'm out the door. The veil is the perfect color for my skin tone. It looks more peachy/orange, but it doesn't go on that way. I have the tinted mineral veil compact and that color is just too dark for my light skin. I will always love the original mineral veil, but sometimes it's too light. This lightly tinted veil is perfect and keeps my makeup looking fresh without washing out the color. And...please make more mineral products using this kind of dispenser! It really does dispense the perfect amount of product without making a mess. The mirror is a bonus, too. For the price, this is a must buy :)

Load 'em up, toss in purse

I followed the advice of another reviewer, to load the bristles with whatever you need during the day, be it mineral veil or face color, cap the brush and forget about it. I bought two of these brushes for that purpose, and I'm so glad I did! First, the brush is amazingly soft. I could spend the day just brushing it over my face...I have the original buki brush, but this one just feels nicer. Second, the retractable case is an awesome color, easy to use (to re-cap), is very sturdy and it doesn't leak any of the minerals that I have pre-loaded into my bag. For me, this eliminates my need for a make-up bag when all I need is a quick touch up in the middle of my day. Get one or two of these before they're gone, at a remarkable price!

I love this stuff, it reduces the amount of foundation and concealer I use. There is a trick that I use when applying...don't rub it into your skin completely as you do with the regular Prime Time. I leave some of the color to soak into my skin in the areas that are more splotchy than others. It's great that it doesn't leave a characteristic make-up line behind as other foundations have a tendency to do. I don't imagine this product would be for everyone, and I was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I tried it! Perfect for those of us with yellow undertones in our light to medium skin color. Oh, and it's non-greasy too so it's great for oily skin as well. I'm very happy :)

There are so many reviews about what a great brush this is for eye shadow, and I agree. But this is for sure my go-to brush for concealer. My dark under-eye circles don't stop under my eyes, they continue into the corner of my eyes and the bridge of my nose. When the BE Concealer was introduced I was only getting limited coverage in these eye areas using the full flawless concealer brush. While that brush worked well under my eyes, it was too wide for my inner eye. The pointed end of the Precision Brush worked magically using the least amount of concealer product. BE does have one brush for that purpose, but I use the other end of the Precision Brush to add my Mineral Veil to the same areas! This brush is so versatile and economical, I own two of them. One is dedicated for concealing, the other for eye shadow. These brushes go everywhere I go, they are must-have brushes!

I own two Pretty Amazing lip colors, Bravado (the perfect Red) and Confidence (the perfect Pink). Everyone has their own preferred "type" of lipstick. I prefer the kind that stays on your lips, not your coffee cup or another's cheek...but that's just me :) Some prefer to "leave a calling card" on everything they put their lips to. With Pretty Amazing you can have it both ways. This is a thick and sticky lip color, but these are not negative qualities. I want to put that out there so you are forewarned. The applicator is like a slim sponge so you will get as much color as you need the first time you pull out the wand. If you have to dip it back in the tube, you have either run out of color or you have the largest lips in the world ;) If I use Pretty Amazing, I never have to use a lip liner because the applicator gives you precise control over where you apply the color and the formula of the lip color keeps the color precisely where you apply it. The color goes on thick and shiny, but opaque. If you like this look, and it does look amazing, keep in mind that the color will easily transfer to anything your lips touch, so make sure it is the very last thing you put on before leaving the house. I absolutely recommend blotting, unless you like strands of your hair stuck to your lips. LOL! With quick, light blotting you will still keep all of the intense color and shine without the stickiness. Re-apply as needed. For those of you, like me, who prefer a longer lasting "stays put" lip color, apply last and let the color soak into your lips for about 10 minutes. The thick consistency seals the color in allowing it to act as a stain. After 10 minutes, blot firmly on a paper towel (do not use Kleenex or toilet tissue) but don't rub your lips while blotting. Do this for just a few seconds and the results will yield the same brilliant color, less shine ( but not quite matte ), and it will stay on your lips after hours of doing whatever you like doing with your lips. Re-apply if needed at all.

In all honesty, I expected that this concealer would end up in my drawer that I call "the makeup graveyard", but I had to try it because I have been so thrilled with BE's products and how well they work for me. I never thought I would say this about a concealer, but this is everything I never thought it could be and I'll never use anything else. Thought it would be heavy...wrong, it's super light weight and and glides over my skin evenly. Thought it would cake-up under my mineral foundation...nope, it stays put after foundation, warmth and mineral veil. I'm especially impressed that it doesn't all migrate into my fine lines! Thought it would look obvious where it was placed...THRILLED that it matches my foundation, so even when I use it on my temples and jawline there isn't that obvious line where your makeup ends and your natural skin begins. Thought it wouldn't last all day, or would melt off my face in this hot & humid weather...after 14 hours of wear, it still looks as fresh as when I applied it this morning. And more importantly, I thought it would make my oil-prone skin look shinier...that was the frosting on the cake, so to speak :) As long as I apply the mineral veil to set all of my makeup, it does not increase shine even in areas that are more oil-prone than others. After wearing this for four days, I've been told that I look younger and well rested...if they could only see me with my makeup off (yeah, that'll never happen...LOL!). This is another product that just a touch goes a long way. I was skeptical about this, as I mentioned before, especially since I'm so used to the light and airy feel of the mineral powder. I never thought a creamy foundation would feel and last the same way. I save all of my old foundations in my makeup graveyard for those times I need extra coverage. Tomorrow I'm going to bury them for good in the garbage. Why mess around with a dozen products that conceal different flaws, when this one is far superior to all of those combined? I've been so thrilled with the effects of all of my BE purchases, I'm starting to sound like a broken record in all of my reviews...well, that's just fine by me. I'm always happy to share my personal experiences with BE products, good or bad. I just haven't purchased a BE product I haven't been thrilled with. I can't imagine ever using any other makeup anymore! Thank you yet again, BE!

How do I apply mineral eye shadow to my eyelids so it doesn't dust-off onto my under eye area?
I have high cheekbones and deep-set eyes, which seem to accentuate my dark under-eye circles. Thankfully, the bareMinerals Light foundation and Well Rested Eye Brightener have worked miracles with reducing my dark circles! Unfortunately, the neutral bM eye shadow I purchased always flakes off the applicator tip and lands underneath my eyes, making my eye circles darker than they already are. This seems to happen regardless of how many times I try to tap-off the excess shadow from the applicator tip. What am I doing wrong??? Please help, I LOVE bareMinerals and I also love eye shadow!

Does this product help diminish acne scars?
I am light skined and I have acne scars mostly all over my face. I have being looking for a product that will help diminish my scars for the longest time but have not had any luck. Before trying the Active Cell Renewal Night Serum I wanted to know if this product could help deminish the scars in my face.
For me, it seems to be working on that. I don't think it will actually eliminate all of the dark color, but red/brown color reduction seems to be where it's headed :). It may also be that this product helps the circulation in the skin around it which brings more blood to the skin surface, and therefore more color to balance the color from the scarring. That's just a theory of mine, so I can rationally explain why this product may work :) Good luck!

Be very careful about selecting this color...my foundation is Light (between fair and medium with golden tone). I went to my local BE boutique expecting to get Light 2, but walked out with Medium 2 after being color matched. The 2's are for more golden complexions, but I would have purchased a shade that was way too light if I had purchased it online. If you don't have a local boutique, purchase your normal shade AND the next darker shade. You can return the shade that doesn't match. Good luck :)

Personally, I think this is an excellent product for areas that are dry, sensitive, and/or flaky. I have oily, acne prone skin and the treatment I use that works for me dries up my skin and gives it that lovely dried-brick look. I'm AMAZED that every BE product I've used (all powders) have made my face look and feel softer and smoother WITHOUT accentuating any wrinkles. As for the Well Rested Pen, this formulation feels more like a creamy liquid but it's not heavy like other liquid foundations. It conceals redness and age spots nicely, and fills in the wrinkles to make them a lot LESS noticeable. I know, it doesn't make sense to me either, but BE products seem to be the exception to the rule. If you live near a BE boutique, it is worth a trip there to try it yourself and see how it works for you.

2g or 0.07 oz, it's in the same size container as the Warmth or a Medium size blush for BE products. Like the Warmth, a little bit goes a long way. I've had mine for 6 months and I still have more than 50% remaining.
