Last Chance Eyecolors - Masquerade
Masquerade Eyecolor (indigo teal) (size: small)
I recieved a $20 of a $50 purchase card and was wondering if i can use that on last chance products?
The reason I ask is because there are a few shades that I love and they are all in last chance. In the product description it says cannot use and money off the products.

how do you put it on without it splattering on your face?
Every time i apply eyeliner that is in the powder formula it splatters on my cheeks and chin so i end up with splochie black spots all over my face that doesnt readily come off i end up having to wipe with makeup remover then reapplying all my facial makeup again. How do i prevent this from happening?
Wet the brush with water or contact solution, doing this will also help it last longer.
