This mineral veil is one of my favorite BE mineral veils. Very sad to see it in the last chance section. This gives a beautiful sheer "glow". It does look tinted in the jar, but it's not. It's matte with a soft sheen, absolutely no shimmer. It gives you the same benefits as original mv...absorbs oil, smooths out flaws and pores.

This kit is just beautiful. I loved each shade enough to repurchase them in the regular size, except creme soda since it's exclusive to this kit only as of now. The brushes are outstanding quality.
If you've never tried BE, this is the perfect kit to start out with, toss in some foundation and bisque and you are all set. But I guarantee you'll BE back for more and more.....

BE shadows are the best on the market. The colors are beautiful in the jars and even more beautiful on. You can put them on sheer, apply them wet to darken the look or mix them with another shade to create your own custom color. Cocoa is my all time favorite brown. No red undertones, not too highly pigmented, just that perfect brown. Looks good with Blush, Finesse, Chic Nude and so many other colors. I've got 180 different shades and still want more, that's how good they are!

The BEST moisturizer for oily/combo skin

I've used this moisturizer since it was first lauched in the plain lab testing packaging. I immediately fell in love with it and have been using it since. I've got combo skin/oily t-zone. This moisturizes without any greasy feel, evened out my skintone and leaves this wonderful glow behind. I also use the cleansers, eye cream, neck cream, serum and night treatment. The price is fantastic considering how long it lasts you.

Excellent cleanser

I love all BE's cleansers, but I got to say, the foaming one is my favorite. Love how you need just a pea size amt to get tons of lather. It cleans without leaving behind any greasy film. My skin just glows afterwards. I even used a drop in my shower on my body. WOW, amazing stuff. It's very economical too. One tube used twice a day lasted me 6 months & one week.

I love BE brushes. The quality is outstanding. Many of my brushes are 7-8 years old but still perform like new. They are soft and clean very easily. The angled face brush I love for blush.

I love BE blush. I've got many shades but Vintage Peach is my absolute favorite; gorgeous pinky peach shade with very slight shimmer. It looks natural on me, the shade I'd naturally blush. It just brightens up my whole face. I love the lasting power of it and that the colors are so smooth and buildable. Also try dipping your lipbalm or clear gloss into your blush for a nice matching lip. My ONLY complaint is the new twist & lock top on the jars. I much prefer the older jars with just the regular sifter or no sifter.

I have all the shades of B & B eyeliners, including those kit exclusive shades. My favorites are midnight and chocolate. I love how smoothly they go on, that they are twist up so no sharpening mess and love the smudger on the end. They last all day too! I would love it if BE would come out with a set of all the colors. Maybe a limited edition holiday kind of kit. Like a BEaddicts box of crayons. lol

This eye primer I absolutely can not live without. I use to have oily eyelids and had to touch up my eye makeup every two hours. Now I use BE eye primer, a tiny bit & let it dry, then apply my eye makeup. Twelve hours later with no touch-ups at all, my eye makeup & liner look as fresh & perfect as I just put it on. I HIGHLY recomend this product.

This kit is such a pretty one. Beautiful soft pink & the most perfect grey. Sage liner is outstanding and I hope BE decides to add this shade to their open stock. Leslie buxom is a pinky peach and my favorite buxom shade (and I have 49 shades. lol). The blush is very light and I have to layer it to be visible, but once done it's perfect, very natural looking.

How can you tell when the dispenser is getting low?
I'm not sure how long to wait to reorder and don't want to be stuck without moisturizer.
I think it varies on the amount of product you use and if you use it once a day or two times. I use mine twice a day and get close to 3 months from a bottle.

Is Deep Cleaning Foam the cleanser to use against Acne-Prone skin?
I get breakouts mainly in my T-zone and use another product (not from BE) and it does alright just doesnt get the job fully done and since i have only used BE make-up and love it!! I thought i would try their facial stuff! Any suggestions on which Cleanser/Moisturizer to use? Thanks so much!!
Any of the BE cleansers would work. The purifying is a liquid which I would compare to Biore or Neutrogena liquid cleansers. The foaming is in a tube and is more of a cream that lathers up. The exfoliation powder one is really nice and was the first cleanser. You put a small amt of powder in your palm & add water. Everyone is different, for me, I like the foaming & the original powder one because I get this nice glow, my skin feels so clean. The purifying didn't give me that glow.
The moisturizer, for your skin type, get the combo one which is for oily skin too. It's very light in texture. I've got an oily t-zone and it's fine. If you do break out like you say, I highly recommend blemish therapy. It's an outstanding product, comes with the brush too. There's lots of trial kits & larger ones with skincare on here and those other websites that sell BE. I myself just got a kit with full sizes of foaming cleanser, combo moisturizer, blemish therapy and a mineral veil compact with brush for $60. ($107 value). Mineral veil is a must have if you have oily skin and/or large pores. It's a miracle worker.

Are you talking about eyecolor or liner? Sage liner was exclusive to the Girlfriends kit and to date it hasn't appeared anywhere else. Although I'm praying it does. Smokey Sage eye shadow was in the FF Earthy Chic kit as a mini and has appeared in mini jars at the outlets & on BE.com sales in a kit with a pink bag (all sold out now).

Application & Sensitivity Questions
Instructions say to apply as final step of nighttime routine, so do you put it on after night creams, etc? I use another company's very rich night cream and when I applied the Pure Transformation Night Treatment on top of the cream, it seemed to stick a bit, not a smooth application like putting on top of primer. It also seemed to adhere more strongly to my pores, so when I looked closely i saw tiny spots of it on my pores. Is this what I should be seeing?
Also I have super sensitive skin/rosacea and after one night of use saw increased red spots, etc? Any other rosacea ladies have problems with this?

It sounds to me that your problem is the other companies night cream, not BE's night treatment. It seems you are either applying too much of the other companies night cream, not letting it dry first or it's too rich for your skin type which is why the BE is sticking to it. BE is suppose to be good for rosacea & redness so I don't think BE would be the cause of it.

How to apply the primer?
This is my first time getting an eyelid primer it came in the flirty & fabulous kit that I baught and im unsure on how to really use this
The primer you got is a colored one, so you can use it two ways. Put it all over your lid (or lid to brow) as an eyeshadow, layering as needed until you get the color intensity you want. Add the shadow in the kit if you want into the crease & outer lid, then add the liner. OR you can use the primer just as primer, not eyeshadow. Just put a tiny amt on...less is more, let it dry and apply eyeshadow all over it. It'll make your eyemakeup last over 12 hrs with no touch-ups.

Are you supposed to wear this under your normal foundation or instead of it?
It looks as if you would wear it instead of your normal foundation, but just wanted to make sure.
Mineral veil is a finishing powder. So you wear it after your foundation. If you are extra oily you can do what they call a mv sandwich. ...put mv down, foundation, then mv again.
I don't wear foundation so for me, I just use this alone. Some ladies I know use the tinted mv as their foundation. That is orangey looking on my medium beige skintone so I prefer the original which is clear & not visible on.

Does this product expire?
There is an expiration date on the bottom. However it was mentioned on QVC that it does not expire because it is natural?????? I have one that was purchased about 6 months ago that is already expired.
BE minerals NEVER expire, disregard the date. Intially the FDA made BE put expiration dates on BE because it contained SPF. SPF usually does expire, but not when it's naturally in minerals.

You don't twist to open this compact. Keep the cover closed, then tip the compact upside down & back right side up again. Now snap open the lift up lid and the perfect amount of mv will be sitting on the top of the open compact.

I use the prime time as well, so my question is when would you apply the sunscreen? Before or after Prime time?
I would apply the primer first, then the sunscreen. But you could skip the primer altogether if you are just wearing sunscreen.

I know you must have tried it in your purse for a few weeks - how much does it leak (I have 2 of the other compacts and they both leak)?

I have three different compacts and none of them have ever leaked. I keep one in my purse at all times, still no leaking. I do however make sure it snaps shut, then I put it & the brush into a small cloth type change purse. They fit perfectly and incase it ever did leak, it would protect the other items in my purse. It's never leaked though. Maybe the other items in your purse are hitting it causing it to open.
