This eyeliner is way too soft and a mess to put on. You have to have a very steady hand... once I get it on, I look like an 8 year old put on my eyeliner. It is too soft and makes it hard to make clean lines. I LOVED the old liner that came with the smudger. I will throw this out and go back to using the old ones. I actually stocked up at an outlet I was at a few weeks ago. If they don't bring back the old liners before I run out, I will change brands. I refuse to buy or use these anymore.

How do I get more pencil out????
I have purchased a similar (perhaps a previous version) product in the past, but just purchased two of these (one in the purple, one in the midnight), and can't figure out how to get more pencil out! On my old one, it twists, but on this one I can't find any twist or any way to get more pencil. I've been using it for a week and it appears to be done?!
I loved the old ones that twisted. The new ones require you to sharpen them with an eyeliner sharpener.

How do I get more pencil out?
My pencil is the round the clock waterproof eyeliner 7 PM
The new liners require you to sharpen them using an eyeliner sharper.
