Great Product, the smell is not so great

This is the only cleanser that really made a difference in the appearance of my skin. I've always had combination/oily skin with blackheads, clogged pores, and bumpy skin. This cleanser, along with the Benzoyl Peroxide 10, made my skin FLAWLESS. I mean, no acne, no bumps NOTHING! It WORKS! But it doesn't smell that great (though I understand why there is no fragrance) and I don't like using it to remove my eye makeup, so that is a little annoying.

Comparable to other BP products out there, this has the highest concentration for the lowest price, and it WORKS. The ingredients are kept simple, the consistency of this lotion like product makes for easy application, the shelf life will last, and it is set at a great price. Bravo, MD, bravo.

I bought this kit before my wedding and honeymoon in Barbados. Having oily skin, I knew the tropical weather and humidity would make me super shiny, which is why I bought it. Not only did it work then, after I moved from MI to FL I NEEDED this kit to control my oil and shine. It is the ONLY product line that has worked for me, and I have tried just about everything out there. The only downside is that it doesn't completely control my breakouts, but I use Blemish Therapy for that. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Do your facial cleansing products use salycic acid or benzoyl peroxide?
I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide
Always check the ingredients to be sure, but most of these cleansing "gels" use glycolic acid or salicylic acid.

You can apply over or under your makeup, but sometimes if you apply it under makeup, your skin can become "flaky" as the product flakes off when applying foundation. To avoid this, simply "pat" the TEMPS on top of your foundation to shrink pore size and set your foundation to last all day!

How to use
I bought this great skinkit - but I'm not quite sure how to use it. And what other products will I need? I would be nice to have a little guide (like the ones if you shop by skintype.
In the Oil Control Kit, you have a cleanser which is already PH balanced, so you don't need a toner. After washing your face with the cleanser, apply the Glycare Lotion with a cotton ball or just pat it in with your hands. In the AM, make sure you wear SPF over it. Before applying makeup or for that "matte" finish, apply the pore refiner to your problem areas like your t zone where you tend to get the most oily. Hope that helps!
