I loved the old Renew and Reveal cleanser and recommended it to many of my friends who used it also. However, once this new version came out the odor that it has is nauseating! The Renew and Reveal had no odor which was one of the things I liked best about it. The new cleanser itself seems to "melt" more quickly and I don't get as much of an exfoliating feeling as I did from the other version. I gave it about 5 days to see if it was just me or if the odor would become tolerable and it truly made me feel like I might vomit. I'm not exaggerating. It doesn't have the odor if you smell it dry so if you are considering buying this, go to a store and try it with a little water mixed in before you buy to make sure you can tolerate the smell.

How is the new facial cleansing products different from the current?
I used the old Renew and Reveal dry cleansing powder and loved it. This new version is awful! It doesn't exfoliate as well and it has a horrible odor that the other one didn't. The smell actually nauseates me. I'm so very disappointed in this product.

Maybe I'm not using this right but...
I have ALL the bareMinerals skin care products (and I do mean ALL of them!) but I can't seem to get the hang of this one. Maybe I am using too much water but I don't feel ANY exfoliation going on here. Can anyone tell me what THEY do to FEEL results? Thanks!
I loved the older version of this product but this newer one is disappointing. I don't feel any exfoliation with this new product either. Whenever I would run out of the dry cleanser I would use a little baking soda instead. It gently exfoliates and leaves my skin smooth but not dry.
