Are your liners water resistant? I use a crayon that stays on most of the day, but I can't get a fine line. I'm looking at the eyeliner powder and it looks just like the eyebrow powder that I have 2 of after blending colors. What is the difference. I bought the fine liner brush, but want some tips. The worst thing would be to have product that runs when wet, so the powder is interesting. No store close by to get a first hand look.
