It would be a 5 Heart Rating if Water Resistant

Phrases Chosen: not water resistant
This has to be the perfect mascara EXCEPT for one thing. It is not even remotely water resistant. I have allergy eyes and they tend to water some. This mascara runs instantly. You will literally remove the mascara if your eyes water. Everything the advertise is correct. You get beautiful, full, long, clump-free lashes. Now they just need a water resistant formula. The competition makes their water resistant but their brush is not as good.

Questions

How water resistant is it? Humid Climate?
I have been waiting for this to come out for months! My favorite mascara was Weather Everything but it was discontinued. Since then I bet I have spent $500 on mascara to no avail. I need a water resistant formula since my eyes tend to tear a little. Also, has anyone tried it in a humid climate? Weather Everything was GREAT for humid climates. It dried without flaking. Some mascaras stay too moist in humid climates and that causes you lashes to stick together.

Will this Mascara wash off with just regular cleanser, or do you have to use something special?
I just want to know if it takes a regular cleanser to remove the Mascara?
Just plain soap and water works. No special cleansers needed.
