PLEASE change the packaging. This is the third Facial Cleanser I purchased where the pump broke after just a few uses. Please just put it in a tube, like your travel size. With a tube I can pack my cleanser when I am traveling (not by air). Even if I do travel by air, i can use my own bottle to put in the cleanser, then, I won't have to pay $12 for a travel size.

Takes some getting used to be good

I started with a small amount and felt nothing different. Then I tried more and that's when I felt like it was exfoliating my skin. I wish I knew how often and when to use this product, twice a day instead of the facial cleaner, after the facial cleaner, etc. How does it differ from the deep cleansing foam. I think twice a day may be too much for me. I like that I can travel with it and it makes my skin feel smooth and moist. Most exfoliants are too harsh but I think I will like this. Just give more instruction.

I've been using the product for about 2 weeks and I like it. I don't love it, but I like it. I don't notice any significant difference yet, but my skin doesn't feel as dry as it does with my previous wash. I wish that it did not come in a pump. Pumps waste a lot of products and you cannot travel with them. I'd give it 4 stars if it came in a plain old bottle.

What is the exfoliating factor?
One of the reviewers says that the active soil complex is the exfoliating property. I've used this for over a month and do not feel or see the exfoliating effects. My question is, then, how does this differ from the daily facial cleanser which also has the active soil complex.

Maybe I'm not using this right but...
I have ALL the bareMinerals skin care products (and I do mean ALL of them!) but I can't seem to get the hang of this one. Maybe I am using too much water but I don't feel ANY exfoliation going on here. Can anyone tell me what THEY do to FEEL results? Thanks!
I had to use much more than i first tried, maybe about a teaspoonful. Then I felt it tingle.
