I have used have used Prime Time foundation primer for over a year and absolutely love it! No more shiny T-zone by mid-day for me! Added bonus...I seem to use less foundation and finishing powder.

Do you use this BEFORE, AFTER or IN PLACE of moisturizer??
Would love to try this product but am wondering if you use it BEFORE your moisturizer, AFTER moisturizer, or IN PLACE OF moisturizer...???
I use this after I moisturize and before I apply my foundation.
