they have their ups and downs

They work well remove makeup easily however I don't like the smell. They smell to strongly of witch hazel. So even though I gave them a good review I won't buy them again. They work and that is what I based the review on. However I can get the same results by putting witch hazel on a cotton pad

do the makeup remover wipes only remove face makeup, or can you use them on your eyes?
i was wonder if you could use the wipes on your whole face or do you need to get and eye makeup remover.
they work on eye makeup but not very well I recommend the eye makeup remover
