If its not swirling the top and coming out its could be broken. if it is not broken then it should twist up from the base of the pencil. I hope you have second scenario.

The one and only foundation that started it all.
Which shade should I go with if I were to buy the TV offer?
I went into a Bare Escentuals store and had my foundation shade matched to the Fairly Light Original Full Flawless Face. If I were to purchase the TV offer online, how would I know which option fell into that shade? The "Light" option mentioned fairly light skinned people. Which one should I choose?
I think Light option would suite you. But get the opinion of others as well.
