So i have moderate acne and combination skin. I read the reviews (much like you) that say "i used other stuff that iddn't work and thought this wouldn't either, but i tried it and love it!" Well those people are right! It works for any amount of acne or zits you have! I have been using it for 2 weeks and i feel confident enough to wear just mineral veil out of the house! Here's what i do!
1. get hands just a bit wet, face too
2. get a dime size amount of this good stuff
3. use circular motions for about 1 minute all over your beautiful face!
(after awhile it gets very thick because it has kind of a mask texture)
4. get your hands a little wet again and do more circular motions for about 30 seconds
5.rinse off and shine!!
DEFINITELY get it if you are tired of face blemishes of any kind. i know it worked for me!!(:

Forget the tanning beds!

Just recieved mine today and of course, the first thing i did was try it! The brush is sooooooo soft and the color is a nice, brown and natural tan color. not orangey! The lipgloss is pretty too! Im not going to lie to you, it is a bit dark. What i did was dab the color and rub my lips togather. then i dabbed the excess off with a kleenex. finally (and i recommend this to the use of any lip gloss) i put a little mineral veil on top to lighten it and add a little sparkle! beautiful! If you want some tan, go on and get it(:

I have suuuuuuuuper dark brown eyes and this color just makes them POP instead of taking away. it has some special stuff in it that makes it sparkly and its lighter in the inside corner than the outside! I don't need to put another color on the outside to get a smokyish dynamic! Its sparkly, applies evenly and well, doesn't fly off your eyes and is a nice mediumish brown. works well for any eye color! (Especially you brown eyed beauties!)

i hope this here helps you! On the top part, there is a sealed bad that you can out mascara, eye primer, etc in. then there is a section for about 7 brushes.the bottom has 2 plastic trays. one to hold 10 jars of BE foundation, blush, mineral veil...and then about 25ish jars of eyeshadow. it hold them upright so there is no spilling! also there is another baggy you can put whatever you want in there. i have traveled with it on the plane, and instead of e opening my eyeshdow and there is eyeshadow everywhere, everything was perfect! can use as carryon or in your actual luggage. must get if you are looking for a good bag! and, the design is so cute!!

If you have used he NORMAL prime time for face (like me) you automatically seea difference when you pump this stuff out. forst off, you HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO shake the bottle, otherwise it comes flying out everywhere. That aside, the product itself dries quickly on your face so you don't have to wait very long. also, it has enough in one pump to spread evenly and not hold on to more foundation in one section. that way, your face doesn't feel all heavy! Works brilliantly, and my face feels soft and looks dewy and (somewhat) sparkly. MUST HAVE(;

So what you have to do is wet your face, put some in your hand, get the other hand wet and rub them together to get foamy goodness! its not like a "normal" exfoliant where there are beads in it, but it makes my face soooo soft! i like to put it on, then use my other BE soap and wash my face with that. then smile!! so awesome, and worth it!!

I have been slow to add more BE brushes to my collection, because i believe i have some pretty good ones. However, some of the more fan shaped brushes i have that are NOT BE, tend to send my color going everywear, wheter its my BE mineral colors or some normal drug store eyeshadow. So i looked into this to use for my Queen Marie eyesahdow(Which i adore!) because my oher brushes dont foil so well with it. It works brilliantly! The hard bristles really put the color onto your eyes and not your eyes nose and cheeks, whether its a dry or wet color! it holds onnto those minerals well and it really distributes the color. I have found it works better to lightly pres the color onto the lid until it all comes of the brush, then use a sweeping motion to even it out. i love it, and now i need more(:

My friend always wore this shade and i would turn green with envy so i bought it!! it shows up great, not too light and not dark. works great with soft black liner shadow and black mascara. I had a large part in a musical and wore it and it showed up great. i havent foiled with it yet but it has that shiny look that doesnt really need to be foiled. i will try anyway. if you want a pretty and shiny lilac purple, this is your shade!

Maybe I'm not using this right but...
I have ALL the bareMinerals skin care products (and I do mean ALL of them!) but I can't seem to get the hang of this one. Maybe I am using too much water but I don't feel ANY exfoliation going on here. Can anyone tell me what THEY do to FEEL results? Thanks!
i used to think this too! because it is a powder, there are not going to be the little beads that you are used to feeling with different exfoliants. this is more of a natural exfoliant. to feel results, i simply foam it, (rub wet hands together) and apply in circles. then i wash off with my other Be cleanser. i know it works because my face gets so soft! it takes getting used to without the beads, but its better for you because it doesn;t pull. Eyeshadow Brush
Hey! I don't wear much eye makeup so I need the right tools. I got the contour shadow brush in the mini brush kit and it is good but I want something that isn't quite as big. What would best suit my needs of precision and medium color coverage out of the tapered shadow brush, wet/dry shadow brush, and heavenly eyeshadow brush? Thanks!
the wet/dry shadow brush, 100% it distributes and holdson to the color well so when you brush it on your eyes, the color doesnt go flying. it works well to get just a little into the crease, but not enough to make you look like a crazy person(:
when i use it, i press the brush into the powder, tap it off in the lid, then press it lightly to my eyelid until all the color on the brush is gone. then i blend with the same brush. if i need more i repeat the process. its a great investment!!
