Love it for "well-rested for eyes" application!

This is a fantastic brush for "Well-Rested for Eyes" application, or for base/brow bone eyeshadow application. I use it every day to pat well-rested for eyes over dark circles, and I use it along the brow bone as well. I don't recommend it for crease blending; I would go with the Crease Defining brush or another slightly smaller brush for that.

Good for mineral veil or light foundation coverage

I really like this brush for applying mineral veil or faux tan color, only because its soft bristles are good for light/nearly sheer coverage. For foundation, though, I recommend the Handy Buki brush. It has shorter, tighter bristles for a far better coverage.
I haven't had an issue with shedding at all, and I've had the brush for a few months. I use it about 4x per week for mineral veil. I wouldn't call this a "must have" brush, but it's nice to have. :) If you're looking for a must-have, daily go-to brush, definitely go with the Handy Buki. :)

Fabulous alone or to gloss over lip liner/color!

The Natural Lipgloss line is fabulous, and I use Chiffon daily. I read in another review that it is sticky, but I actually found it to be less sticky than any other gloss I've worn. I love it so much, in fact, that I wear it exclusively.
When worn alone, Chiffon is a natural sheer color, and it is perfect if you're dressing up your eyes and want a more neutral lip. I also love to wear it over the Natural Lipliner (my favorite right now is Shell -- not too pink, red, or mauve -- it's fabulous!). The Chiffon lipgloss is sheer enough that it just adds a pop of shine. Versatile, natural, and perfect for daily wear! LOVE it!

I almost didn't allow myself to get this because I feel so inadequate when it comes to make-up application and trying new things with it. This changed all that! The tutorial is detailed, with pictures and step-by-step instructions. I read in another review that it's not a day time look, but if you apply the colors dry they're not as intense and equally beautiful! When I wore these the first time, my hubby and daughters flipped out with compliments. If you're on the fence, fear not. :) You won't be disappointed! The brush is fantastic, and the colors are so versatile...wear alone or dry by day, and spice it up with the foiled look by night! :)

If you're using BE brow colors, this is a must!

I have numerous non-BE brow brushes, and I have to say they do not pick up or distribute the color NEARLY as evenly as this brow brush. I fell in love with my BE brow colors once I used this brush exclusively. Can't say enough about it. If you've never attempted brow powder, it takes all of 20 seconds and really makes your eyes pop. I couldn't believe the difference. It makes me look like I had my make-up done professionally. Come on...you're worth the extra 20 seconds! :) I'd actually really recommend getting the Essentials Brow Kit. I use all three items in it every day.

Great combo -- worth getting this as a kit!

I highly recommend getting this as a kit if it's your first time getting a BE brow color. The brush that comes with it is much better for the loose powder than any other brow brushes I have. I tried them just to see, and really see a difference using the BE brush. The brow gel is fantastic. Light, non-sticky, and really helps hold the color in place all day. I don't have to retouch it at all. I have the dark blonde color. It's a great color if you have darker blonde or brown hair with highlights. This kit is a daily use for me...well worth it!

Not too red, not too pink, not too mauve--perfect!

For years I've been looking for the perfect lipliner and color, and I finally found both! As a product, this lipliner is creamy, goes on evenly, and doesn't run up my lips like so many others I've tried. As a color, Shell is a perfect neutral tone. You could wear it with anything!
I like it with Chiffon colored lip gloss, and I definitely suggest following BE's recommendation to finish up the flawless look with applying the foundation lightly around the lips as your last step. It really does make a difference! After I finish my lips, I just take a small amount of the original foundation and my max coverage concealer brush, and quickly/lightly brush it below my lip line. It really makes the line clean, and helps keep the color where it's supposed to be! ;)

I can't say enough about this brush roll. It is incredibly well-made, perfect for keeping brushes in great condition (and holding every size brush you may have, including non-BE brushes), and it's functional, beautiful, and fun. And call me crazy, but I actually feel like I know what I'm doing when using it. I know, sounds cheesy, but when you have a professional looking brush roll in front of you, it's just more fun to apply make-up. :) Hey, we women need that once in a while! I strongly recommend getting this. I waited and waited, debated and debated, and I'm so glad I have it. In case it helps, I have a couple of full-sized Smashbox brushes, and they fit with just under an inch to spare (for the record, though, I like my new BE ones better!) -- I love this bag! :)

How does it work?
My little sister is beginning to use make up and she is CONSTANTLY stealing my mascara. I wanted to find her something that would be more age appropriate than Big Tease because she is just starting. I don't get how this mascara would work. I couldn't really tell from the picture. I guess I don't get the concept of a brushless mascara. Would this be a good choice?
I would highly recommend going with the Flawless Definition Mascara for your sister. :) In the picture, it appears to be completely brushless, but there are very short bristles that separate the lashes beautifully. No clumping, and it's not a volumizing mascara. If I were picking any mascara for someone looking for a more natural look, this would be the one. It defines each and every lash, and coats them with just enough to make the eye pop. She will love it. :)
