Barely anything comes out that's usable, only dust everywhere you don't want it. I can only seem to get any powder on my hands and bag, never my face.

Does it come already filled with my favorite foundation? Or does it come empty?
Does it come empty or does it come full?
Mine came full, but beware... it just doesn't work. More frustration than it's worth.
