Have used B.E. since the 90's,love the liner/eyeshadows. It's been part of my life. We'd go dancing, clubbing, laughing, enjoying ourselves. I was talking with a nice man when my friends came up saying it was time to go. He offered his card and number and we said goodbye. Walking down the stairs to the exit, we passed a wall mirror and I glanced up, then stopped in horror! My black Onyx liner had run and formed black streaks under the lashes of both eyes! I RAN for the parking, trying to rub the smears off! Needless to say, I was TOO embarrassed to ever call the gentleman back! Remembering that, and after many failed trials, when this came out I celebrated and bought it and have NEVER gone without! It works SO well, for a FEW different things! If it was ever discontinued I would have to go undercover and get the formula! LOL! It has SAVED me from social embarrassment, helped me in family funerals I struggled through, kept me pretty at weddings, stayed on at my grandbabies births and playing at family beachtime, birthdays, so many times in life. THANK YOU! You have no idea how much this little product added to and aided in moments in my life. It may seem something small and unimportant, but sometimes you never know the importance of that something small or what it can mean to someone and their life. It has always been there when I needed it, never failed me when it was important. I am so happy to have this great product for all the moments of my life.

Very decieving, too sheer/runny to cover/light

I was so happy to see this in the line! That is until I tried it. WHAT is it supposed to do or be for? I tried using it as highlight on areas, NO SHOW. Tried to lighten eye area, under and over, it looked like I had done NOTHING and I had let it set a bit and then patted it gently when applying. It is like milky clear polish, you know you see it in the container but good luck trying to find it once it is used. I end up using the POT OF POWDER OVER the top. It turned out to be a REAL dissapointment. If it wasn't so runny and actually had some texture and pigment laydown to it that would provide coverage it would be a nice product for the use it was intended. It needs work, then it might be the portable. really eficient shaping, highlighting, coverage and enhancing product it was meant to be.

I have combo skin that sometimes needs HELP!

I have to really watch and work at my skin to keep it looking pretty and clear. This cleanser is my FAVORITE! It polishes my skin, exfoliates and deep cleans my pores. It brightens and removes any dull residue from my skin. I use the Purifying Cleanser to remove my eye makeup and any other "stay put" type of make up but then I always use the Exfoliating cleansing directly after. The Purifying cleanser works well to take off my make up or if my skin is drier than normal. Because I have problem skin I mostly use this cleanser with fantastic results, then combine when need with the Purifying cleanser. It is fantastic that you can customize the skin care to your needs! My skin looks like a porcelain doll! I use the light lotion combo moisture, night treatment, eye treatment and the neck cream (LOVE) and VERY RARELY EVER get a blemish! I LOVE that there is NO perfume to burn and irritate my breathing and cause my eyes to water. I love the wrinkle serum and the powder spf 30. B.E. Powder cleanser is the BEST I have ever used! The line gives me a lovely complexion, is VERY affordable, you can customize it for your own skin needs, absorbs into and hydrates the skin. Thank you Leslie for a skin care line that works, feels fab on and is affordable ! I love that it hydrates and moisturizes with being thick, heavy or greasy! T From the exfoliating polish to the skin protection, the line is absolutely PERFECTION!

This really makes your eyes stand out, with a little black or blue/black liner. I have green brown eyes and it really enhances them and makes them sparkle with out making them look "made up". You can adjust how light and soft or how defined your eyes look, the colors are so great and versatile. Great looks for day or evening. The colors are a beautiful taupey, beige with a touch of soft light gray. It has some shimmer but you don't look like a "disco ball"! It is my dependable "go to" when I really want to look great, and because it is a beautiful neutral you can go with a soft or dramatic lip! Great set! I have to get another, JUST incase they discontinue it! I will CRY if that happens!

Gives me BEAUTIFUL, sparkling, sexy eyes!

I LOVE these high shine shadows AND the goof proof, NON messy, easy to use and carry container and application system! I just swipe it across my lid, back and forth a couple of times and the color payoff is perfect while being soft and perfectly blended. It lays down a soft but enhancing shade that has a soft glow - NO sparkles, glitter, shimmer or glimmer! It just has a colorwash that illuminates the eye and draws attention to your eyes beautifully. I have the Glisten and the Gold Metal and both look understated yet elegant and enhancing. It is easy to wear alone or mixed with a contour color. I had NO problem with any powder fall out from the applicator, in fact I found it picked up just enough, after tapping it inside the tube before removing, to do both eyes with a soft coat of color. I applied more after because I like more definition and color, but for those who are not big makeup people, one coat would be perfectly beautiful. I actually like using these even better than the little jars!

I LOVE the day concentrate, wrinkle plumper!
Is this like that at all? I love the way it is not greasy and feels like silk on. It REALLY hydrates and makes my skin look younger and smooth.
I was hoping it was the same texture and absorbed in nicely like the day one and didn't leave a film or residue. Since you have had the pleasure of using it I am hoping it is as lovely as the other! I hate having a film or oily residue and the other serum concentrate is so great. I was hoping for another star item! Any info on the new Night Serum??

A rejuvenating foundation primer that exfoliates and clarifies.
Is this OK for skin that gets breakouts?
I can use the New combination skin oil free moisture from the new skin care line, and love it, and it works very nicely, but would really like to add this one with it having the exfoliating, skin texture improving ingredients. I used it many years ago but was using the ProActiv Repairing lotion with Benzoyl Peroxide on my skin before I applied this and would also use spot treatment if I did happen to get a break out. I have tried samples from lines saying they were "Oil free" that would cause me to wake with red, hot, sore and tender eruptions and have to treat them. I did try the new dry skin moisture B.E. cream in a kit with cleanser when it first launched and the creme broke me out in the same way. Since I am able to use the combination skin moisture lotion, I was hoping this would be similar to it. But, I would love to get the retexturizing benefits of the glycolics and such. Is this very much like the new combo skin moisture or richer like the creme for drier skin? If not COULD you bring out some items for break out prone skin, so our good job with our make won't be undone with ingredients from skin products? LOVE the neck cream and cleansers, SO nice to have great products to keep us looking younger and finer textured! Please help us take care of these pesky troublesome skin "trolls"! Thank you for loving these products so much and sharing them with all of the women who appreciate each one so very much! : )

How well does matte foundation work for mature skin - over age sixty?
I have been using the original foundation for about 7 years and wonder if I could get better coverage with matte without making wrinkles more noticeable.
Hi Gracy! Well, it worked for me! I had used the original for 10 years and then I started to have problems like making wrinkles, pores , etc really look bad and I wasn't happy with the coverage or the feel. I tried the matte and am VERY happy with it! It has a very natural skin, nonshiny finish that looks SO much better, doesn't shout out skin "stuff' and because it is so velvety and natural looking you can use a little more with your concealer brush on spots on the face #lightly pat a little on# without drawing attention. Then put a little mineral veil #or hydrating mineral veil?# and you are good. It lasts a little longer on also , besides the fact that the matte has a different formula with the Active Soil complex IN IT! So your skin gets better while you wear it! I am 60 and it is what I use everyday and what I chose after trying ALL kinds of things, when the original no longer worked for me. I wish I would have found it sooner before trying other things that it was as easy as just switching to matte!

I have been using the original for a number of years and I just bought the Matte foundation by mistake. Before I return it I thought I would see what the difference is.

Hi Binnie! It depends on your skin and what you like. I used the original for YEARS and then found it didn't work for me anymore because of the "glowiness' . It just looked and acted badly making me look older and my skin bad. I also was starting to have problems with itching. I tried the matte and I LOVE it. I am able to use my foundation again because the matte has more of a natural skin finish without the shine, just a good healthy look. I found it also stays on longer because it helps with areas you might get oil. Because of the different formula it doesn't make me itch either. I would definitely try it first and see how you like it! You might find there are days you want that more natural finish or you could even mix it with the original to get a really nice look with a little longer lasting power. You can see the difference if you put some on your hand side by side, the matte kind of just melts in and is invisible while hiding "stuff' you don't want! The original has that "glow" that you see on your skin. Don't miss out on the chance to give it a try, you might find you like it as much as those who use it everyday!

Has anyone tried mixing blush colors with this for a 'lip stain'?
YES! But you have to use a brush to apply and make sure you don't make "mistakes" ! I would mix a little powder in a little container and add a little aloe or glycerine or even a little vitamin E to it just so it is not so dry with just the liquid and powder. I did use a lip pencil to outline to help me "stay in the lines" first, then after mixing the blush and moisture and Weather liquid, I would use the lipbrush and paint it on. You can also just use the liquid and blush and then use a balm on your lips after instead of mixing it in the mix, cause sometimes the moisture won't mix right or it might apply streaky. So if you are just trying it the first time, I might just mix the blush and the weather everything. Just brush it on and if it feels a little dry, then just apply balm. You could also try using just water and blush first too to see how you like it and how it feels. Good luck!
